Client is a mid-size IT firm and a part of a diversified conglomerate.
The Glassdoor account of the client was unstructured, and they wanted to put this in order.
We did a consulting engagement for the client, helping them getting their Glassdoor account structured.
The client is a $20 BN IT services company providing services such as consulting, system development to business IT outsourcing. Headquartered in APAC the client has business operations in more than 50 countries.
The client has a complex organizational matrix structure with multiple entities, regional CEO’s, country wide CEO’s and HR Leaders. The client wasn’t managing their Glassdoor account and it was completely unstructured resulting in ratings from one Geo being posted to another and the hierarchy not represented in the Glassdoor account. This created issues for local hiring leaders as they weren’t receiving applications from talented individuals and were facing serious questions on Glassdoor ratings during the interview process.
We worked with the client in detail to understand their organization structure and how it could be represented in Glassdoor given the limitations of the platform and the account of the client. We worked with the Glassdoor team on behalf of the client and presented to the client the limitations of the platform. We worked to create an alternate strategy for representing the client’s organization structure on Glassdoor. For this engagement we did the following set of activities.
The client Glassdoor account is now in a structured format
The rating for each independent entity is available and has less confusion
We created a process to report the wrong ratings and report them
The client has been able to get specific insights on the issues in each organization owing to relevant feedback
